FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals are from 2.00 p.m. and departures before 12.00 p.m.

When should I pay for my reservation?

A reservation costs 60 €, including 10 € reservation costs and 50 € deposit (this deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your stay, to be paid on the day of arrival) The total amount of 60 € will not be refunded from the campsite in the event of cancellation or absence!

What is the minimum number of nights to make a reservation?

In high season reservation only from Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights minimum.
In low season pitches are available every day. It is not necessary to reserve. For reservations 4 nights minimum. You can go directly to the campsite and settle on the free pitch of your choice.

Can you come without a reservation?

To come without reservation: Just come to reception every day from 2:00 p.m. to see availability with us. Pitches are rented from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. the next day, so it is not necessary to arrive too early because we will not have any free places yet, but not too late because there may not be any left.

Can we arrive after the reception is closed?

We ask that you arrive during reception opening hours, in high season every day from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Out of season the schedules will be posted on the internet, on the campsite website, on facebook and on the reception door. Please plan your trip in advance to arrive during opening hours.

Covid 19 what to do in case of cancellation?

The total amount of reservation; 60 € will not be refunded by the campsite in the event of cancellation or absence! Please check with your insurance (camping card, visa, etc.) or, for example, www.campezcouvert.com
